Wikitravel:Mailing lists

The MediaWiki software we use for building Wikitravel has a lot of great features, like talk pages, for collaboration and communication. Some people feel more comfortable and expressive with an email interface, though. For those people, we've got one general discussion mailing list set up, and possibly more to come in the future.

Don't feel any obligation to sign up for any of these lists, though. Wikitravellers should be safely able to ignore the mailing lists. If mailing lists aren't your thing, you can concentrate on the Wiki interface, and just not even worry about what's going on on some mailing list somewhere.
